    1. Invalid Inputs / Data Issues

    • Missing required fields or parameters.

    • Passing wrong data types (e.g., string instead of number).

    • Empty or null values causing actions to error.

    • Invalid email addresses or URLs.

    • Data exceeding limits (like file size or text length).

    2. Connection / Authentication Errors

    • Expired or revoked credentials.

    • User permissions revoked on connected services (SharePoint, Outlook, etc.).

    • OAuth token timeout.

    • API limits or throttling.

    3. Timeouts & Performance Issues

    • Actions taking too long to respond (default timeout 2 minutes).

    • Long-running loops without delays.

    • Service or connector slowdowns.

    4. Incorrect or Missing Configuration

    • Misconfigured action parameters.

    • Wrong filter queries (e.g., SharePoint filter syntax errors).

    • Missing dynamic content.

    • Incorrect expression syntax.

    5. Service Availability / Outages

    • Connected service (like SharePoint, Outlook, SQL) temporarily down.

    • Microsoft service incidents.

    • Network connectivity issues.

    6. Permissions Issues

    • User running flow lacks permissions on target resources.

    • Flow owner changed or revoked.

    • SharePoint or OneDrive permissions changed.

    7. Uncaught Errors / No Error Handling

    • Actions failing but flow does not handle errors (e.g., no try-catch or run-after configured).

    • Unhandled exceptions cause flow to stop.

    8. Quota / License Limits

    • Running out of API calls or runs per month.

    • Using premium connectors without appropriate license.

    • Exceeding data limits (e.g., file size > 100MB).

    9. Concurrency / Race Conditions

    • Multiple instances of flow conflicting on the same data.

    • Deadlocks or update conflicts in databases or SharePoint.

    10. Unsupported Scenarios or Bugs

    • Unsupported actions in certain contexts.

    • Known platform bugs or connector issues.
