List excel lines with two filters, two conditions

I have a spreadsheet with a list of information, I need, within that list, to filter a row with two conditions, and if I don't think another action is done.

I've tried condition, filter in the list, and none of them answer me whole.

In the condition, in the line that does not meet the condition it also performs an action, even in the bottom line the condition meets.

In the line list filter, I cannot place two conditions in the filter.

So I would like some help. I need him to search the entire spreadsheet for the item, with both conditions, and only after searching the entire spreadsheet will he take an action, if he has not found action 1 and if he has found an item do action 2

Please explain your conditions which you want to use?

Here is condition block which you can use for multiple conditions though you can use multiple conditions in filter query.

Hi Hardesh
I tried with this condition too, the problem that it takes action for negative cases too, so in a spreadsheet with positive and negative cases, I end up doubling the action.
Example table below:
Case1
I just need it to return when user 2 with the fast3895 model.
Case2
If you are looking for user 3 and he doesn't think, do another action
Case3
When he finds the user, however, he doesn't find the model for the user.

It means that you are making permutation and combination of Users and Models. Am i right? In that case how many users and models you have?.

Still not clear with this explanation. i can see you are taking inputs from MS form and then Searching that Users and Models associated with. Am i right here?

Exactly. I associate the form with the list of excel.
I still don't know the number of users and models, but I have the 3 scenarios that I reported earlier.
