ReportHi, I'm new to PAD and don't really know if this is even possible or if it would be easier to code it in something else but here it goes:
Server A is the downloader
Server B is the Archive
I want to make a script that will grab the files, read just the filename (not just the whole root like i've been doing), copy said file to the correct folder.
I've been watching tutorials and reading just about half the internet about this idea but I keep getting put down the Sharepoint route but this isnt like remote servers just a simple local copy with slight "intelligence"
As for what i have so far: a lot of nothing i can get the files to display in a text showing me the list of files, at one point at 3am i was able to convert that to a excel file and had them separate: root - folder - folder - file name one per cell for all 800 files.
Is this even possible? I know the copy and paste is, I think ill have to do it for each file and folder? which defeats the point but maybe i can have it do that as well? Any help or suggestions would be monumental!
