Flow triggering at time other than scheduled

Hello all! Basically my issue is the title. I had a flow scheduled to send an email at 9am PST, however it sent the email out at 1am PST. Can anyone let me know what I may have done wrong? Below is a screenshot of the flow where the time is input:

It is because you put the time in as UTC using the "Z". So you said "I want to use Pacific Time, and the time I want the flow to run is at 9:00AM UTC", so it runs at 9:00AM UTC which is 1:00AM Pacific Time.

The "Z" is what is telling power automate that this is UTC time. Instead just put AM or PM and see if that works for you. Or you could change it to 5PM UTC time (17:00:00Z) which would be 9:00AM Pacific.

Whenever you put "Z" in the time, Power Automate reads that as UTC.
