Hello There,

Error details: As of May 6, 2020, shared mailbox support was added for certain operations with an optional 'Mailbox address' parameter, allowing you to specify a shared mailbox address for your operation to access. If you were using this operation prior to May 6, 2020, you will need to explicitly update your operations to specify the shared mailbox address.

Im using the service account and flow is failing only when incoming email has attachments and it fails to extracts email attachments into sharepoint document library ,other than that flow extracts From, To, CC from service account based email inbox details into sharepoint list as per below flow design

Kindly help

Note: service account which i use will monitor another mailbox which is tes@xx.com email mail box
Monitor multiple mailboxes or calendars All If you want to configure a trigger to monitor multiple mailboxes or calendars, create a separate flow/LogicApp for each mailbox or calendar.

    Hey Veblitz,

I think you are got this error because you may not insert any value in Original Mailbox Address field, or you may have set different connection for "Get Attachments from the Email" than your triggered action.

    Hey

Is it due to the misspelling of management/Management attachments? It's difficult to see cause it's blacked out, but is it referencing an incorrect folder?

    Best regards
    Mathias Kjeldsen
