I am looking for a solution which will allow me to create a Power Virtual Agent topic where user will ask the bot to provide ARN no. For this, Bot will need from the user the ticket no and the settlement month in MMM-YY (Eg: Jan-22).
Each settlement month excel is stored in Sharepoint Online Library which will have a column for ticket no and ARN no. Each of these monthly excels will have minimum 70,000 tickets. The name of the files are stored as "CCA ARN 01-31JAN21". I don't mind changing the name of the excel to get to you a better solution.
Power automate to go to the sharepoint library and filter to choose user provided month and pick up the excel. In the excel, power automate to search for the user requested ticket no in a column and retrieve the corresponding ARN no from another column. This ARN no to be provided back to Power Virtual Agent as a response to the user.
Can you please guide me the steps on how to go about the same. I have searched in Youtube and Google, but have no luck in finding a solution for this. Moreover, I learnt that we should not be using excel as a data source and instead to use sharepoint online. But due to compliance issue, i am not able to change the datasource.
