Using Power Automate to translate foreign language Microsoft form back to English

I see the multilingual functionality in MS Forms and how you can translate to a foreign language.  What I would like to do is have the responses to the form translated BACK to English.  Can anyone guide me on the flow specific to MS Form responses?
