Advice appreciated: Creating a SIMPLE Email Self-Service tool using Flow

Hi!

I am new to Flow and couldnt find anything on the below, hopefully I didnt fail searching. If so: please excuse any annoyances.

Task:

I want to implement a VERY BASIC Self-Service Platform to respond with an email with documents, attached, based on subject line.

As an example:

1. Emails is received

2. Flow checks if subject is (exactly!) "Template Lease Agreement" .

3. If yes:

   a. System responds with an email with a defined text  in the body and an ATTACHED (Word, PDF or Excel) document. Each email "Template Lease Agreement" triggers the same response.

   b. Flow ends

4. Steps 2 and 3 are repeated, check is done for subjects other than "Template Lease Agreement" (e.g.: "Template Loan Agreement", "FAQ Software Licenses", etc.). Each triggers a specific response.

4. If NO defined subject is found, a generic response is sent, giving instructions which subjects work to request documents.

5. All documents are ideally pulled from a defined Sharepoint, so updated documents are automatically delivered.

If anyone has an idea if this was done, could give me a link or hint: THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Regards

Nico

    Hi @Anonymous,

You could try to understand some of the connectors and actions involved.

    O365 Outlook, SharePoint.

The puzzling thing here is, is the file contained in your attachment a fixed one, or will it change?

I assume that you are using a specific file.

You could configure Flow by referring to the image below.

    Please take a try.

    Best Regards,
