delay until - based on existing field + x

Hi folks,

 

I think the answer to this is 'not at the moment' but is there any way to pause or delay the next steup until a dynamic period of time is reached?

 

example. 

 - SP form submitted for attending professional development - all approvals have taken place etc etc. 

          - this form contains a start and end date field where the prof dev will take place.

I want the flow to calculate a delay based on the END DATE + (7 days) then send an email to the attendee to submit their reflection.

 

Possible?

    Hi @ckemp,

     

    This actually can be done using the "addhours" Date function in Workflow Definition Language. For your information:

    Could I run this syntax by you? Im not familiar with logicapps...

     

    @{addminutes((END DATE DYNAMIC FIELD),1)}

    When running it as it is, error returns:  

    Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Delay_until' inputs at line '1' and column '2083': 'String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.'.

     

    The date format which is returned in the output of "DATE TO" is:   2017-06-14T23:42:00Z
