using the option with power automate and flows is there a way that you can set up emails when a specific field on the list equals a certain value?

IE on the list in question there is an "Assigned to" field.

instead of just having a email sent whenever anyone adds an item to this list can i set it up to receive an email when a list item where the assigned to field equals a specific value. In this case a name.

so essentially they would be notified when they have an item assigned to them that requires an action to be taken?

Function:

If the user adds an item and the value of the specific value field of this item is ‘true’, send an email to the user in the Assigned to field
