Group Forms no longer Triggering Flows

Hello,

As of a few days ago all of my Microsoft Group Forms have stopped triggering any of the power automate flows they used to. I have compared the URL ID and all still look correct. I get no errors in flow. But on the actual forms page I notice that I now see this along the top: Forms has a new URL: forms.cloud.microsoft. Same app, better security.

It seems to me that somehow when microsoft made this change it has killed my group forms. Does anyone know of any resolution to this issue or do I just need to build these out under a single user instead of group forms to avoid?
Thank you!

Good day. When you refer to group forms, are you referring to MS Forms that have been shared with you:

If so, I have a number of these, and all received responses as of Friday, May 29. It would be very unusual to get a response on a weekend, and it is too early in the morning where we're located to have had any submissions yet this morning. But, everything seems to be working. To be sure, I submitted a response and the flow triggered almost immediately:

Did you get any warnings about Power Automate turning of the flow due to 90‑days inactivity - this only applies to non-premium power automate licenses.

I retested one of my Group flows in my dev tenant, and this is working as expected. In my case this flow was turned off due to inactivity, so I turned it on and submitted a form, and this worked.

I did notice the same info banner you had mentioned:

I am having this issue as well. It seemed to start around 8:00 Saturday morning. None of the flows I have built using shared Forms as triggers are recognizing that a response was submitted. These are Forms that live in SharePoint sites for two different Teams at work.

    Hello Everyone,

Thank you for your help, but I found the issue. For whatever reason when this URL change was made, it spoiled the connection to forms within each flow trigger. The solution was to return to the PA flow, click on any actions with a connection to Microsoft forms, and selected change connection. Once you add a new connection you can select that new connection for all forms triggers you own.

    Thanks again!

As a workaround, does turning the flow off and then on again resolve the issue?

You can log a support ticket with Microsoft from the Power Platform admin center. I did check the known issues, but there isn't anything (at this moment in time) that relates to your issue.

I am having success deleting the initial trigger and then adding it back as a workaround. It's tedious, but working so far.
