    This error usually appears in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps or Dataverse) when you try to create resources in an environment where you do not have the required permissions, such as Environment Maker or System Administrator. It can also happen if the selected environment does not have a Dataverse database set up.
    To fix this issue, please switch to a development or personal environment using the environment selector in the top-right corner. Make sure you have the appropriate access rights in that environment before proceeding.

    this is me trying to follow the course Plan design fundamental but i'm unable to build a plan.
     
    if anyone know how i can resolve this that would be very helpful.
