Needing guidance on how to complete this flow correctly.
The aim is for all employees / Managers etc when submitting a from response regarding performance or anything HR. It needs to save to different employee files as seen below.

A question in the form is the employees name - so this can be used in the flow?
Do I need to save the response as a PDF first?
I know there is products out there but cost $ for a subscription. Would like to use Microsoft features that are available but happy for suggestions.
