Flow not running as expected - skipping a section

Hi,

Help required please!  I am creating an approval flow for additional headcount.

The flow needs to run as below:

A: If headcount is perm/fixed term:

1) Teams message to let HR team know a flow is in process.

2) Send email (with options) stating approval required.

3) If approved, add row to table and send Teams message to HR

4) If not approved, send email to requestor, and send Teams message to HR

B: All other headcounts:

1) Add row to table

2) Send Teams message to HR

The problem is that the flow is treating all approval requests as B: All other headcounts and skipping the approval part.

Where am I going wrong?!

    Hi @KMG2006

Reason would be the condition is evaluated as false, just check values of what you are comparing in condition and see if it equal to that of any value as it is an OR condition itself.

Thank you so much for prompt reply.

I'm not sure what you mean though. I've set it to be 'Yes' if the reasons for recruitment is equal to 'Additional Resource - Permanent' or 'Additional Resource - Fixed Term Contract'. This should trigger the approval.

All others should go to 'No'.

Apologies if I am missing something!

    Hi @KMG2006

Before using condition, check the value of highlighted one using compose action.

    Hi,

The these are correct. I've added in compose before and added the same condition input - is this what you meant?

    Hi @KMG2006

Ok, just check whether there are any whitespace in the dynamic content?

I don't believe there is, and the flow still isn't running as expected.

Could you show full output of "Get response details" action?

    Hi @KMG2006

Just run the flow and then show the body of get reponse details in compose action as @VictorIvanidze  said
