So I'd be curious if anyone has any thoughts on this.
We use a software called Cherwell as our asset and service management system. It has a service to monitor an inbox for tag blocks to create tickets automatically. If I send an email straight out of Outlook, the automation works as expected. I've created 2 PowerApps to automatically generate those emails to send to the monitored inbox. The emails sent from the apps work as expected maybe 30% of the time, the rest fail to decode some of the tags. I've compared both plain text and html emails sent from both Outlook and the Apps and I see no difference between them. The software admins tell me there is nothing wrong on the Cherwell side.
So I'm curious about your thoughts? Is there something on that backend of the PowerPlatform when sending email that is different from Outlook that could cause an email monitor to flake?
(And yes, Cherwell does have an API, but I won't have admin time to help me get it working until later this year)
Thank you
