Hi All,

I have a requirement to automate the responses from Qualtrics survey to an excel available in SharePoint.

I am able to achieve this connection and the power automate flow is working successfully for any new responses. Any new responses submitted in the Qualtrics survey is successfully being updated in excel in SharePoint.

I am having a challenge to get the responses which are already submitted.

Below is what I have in the flow :

Can someone please suggest on how to get already submitted responses?

Thank you.

Are you referring to old responses in the survey or items already added to excel?

@SudeepGhatakNZ  - Yes, I am referring to old items in the survey.
I have created a connection from Qualtrics to power automate after the survey went live. There are 10 old responses which is not getting updated in the excel as they are already submitted. Only the new responses are getting updated in the excel in sharepoint.
