Adding users to Security Role

Hi all,

I have an environment where I want to grant access to develop only to a hand full of users. The final app should be used by all users in my tenant. I have added a security group to the Environment with all the makers but i won't have it accessed by all users. They should only be able to access the data via the app.

Hope someone can give me a clue and help me to get in the right direction.

Instead of Security group tied with the environment, you can grant the Security Role System Customizer to all the makers and Basic Users to all the end users.

But there I have to add every user by hand. Is there a possibility to link it to a azure security group or something like that?

Yes, you can use Azure Security Groups by creating Dataverse Group Teams and assigning a Security role . Here is the video on how to do that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9nLElUjh3Cg
