Hello,
On multiple flows, I keep receiving a failed to fetch error when trying to run flows; specifically with Excel files. I've tried several different browsers and I continue to receive the error.
Any suggestions on how to fix?
TIA!
Can you please share clientRequestId of failed requests?
Where can I find the clientrequestid?
Its should be in the error message. Can you please add complete error message to this thread?
When running the flow itself, it doesn't fail, it get's hung up. Then when I go back to edit mode, it has failed fetch and then the Excel connection shows invalid. I did export and re-import the flows several times and the connections show valid until I try to run and/or edit then I get the failed fetch and invalid connection again.
Hi @k9nosework
Could you try accessing the same thing on a different machine that is not on the same network as yours and is not on a domain-joined device?
If it works in other machine I would ask you to request your network team and check the IPs and services to be whitelisted IPs as per below article.
Domains needs to be whitelisted: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/limits-and-config#required-services
Reference DOC for this issue by Microsoft:
