Trying to Attach uploaded files from Microsoft Forms to Azure Devops work Item

I am trying to automate the data and content entered and uploaded to the form, and create a Azure DevOpps work item. I have the flow working with the content, but need help attaching the files to the work item. Here is what I have so far . I have most of my form field in MS Forms added to the Description of the Work Item. How do I get multiple uploaded documents to be added to the work item as well?

    Currently adding an attachment as a direct action is not supported in flow. However, you can refer to the thread below where a workaround has been suggested for creating the attachments:
