disabling Site Pages feature in a sharepoint site

so im trying to do an http request in power automate to disable the feature Site Pages which allows users to add pages to the site but i cant seem to find the right uri call for it or the right formulation of the body of the HTTP request i have tried chatgbt and copilot and tried every combination they provided but i keep getting either badrequest errors or failed.

    Site Pages are the building blocks of a SharePoint site. For example the home page of a site is hosted in that site pages. Disabling this feature is not possible.
     
    What you can do is give the users are lower permission level. For example with read permission level they should be able to add or update pages. You can also break permissions on the site pages library (if necessary, normally I would try and inherit permissions if possible).

    thank you for your answer, well in general it is possible with powershell , but i recently learned that this is considered as breaking the site features which is not optimal.
