Hello How to prevent desktop from a sleep without changing the police? we have a flow interact with excel and chrome, but always goes to sleep mode.

Are you running your flow as unattended?
You have to run bot either in unattended mode , running in attended mode need to make sure that user is signed in
Hello user is signed in , but still the issue persist
Hmmm... are you saying you are logged in to machine A and screen goes off during attended flow execution?
That never happens to me.
Or are you connected to machine A in a different way than logged in directly?
