I would like to seek assistance on checking the issue that I am facing in Office 365 Outlook. It seems like my account is unable to authenticate.

ERROR
Failed to create OAuth connection: ClientError: Connection not found. Please create a new connection and change your application to use the new connection.
Please refer to the blog below; hopefully, it will resolve your issue. I faced the same problem, and it helped me.

Actually, the problem is that I am unable to connect to Office 365 so that I can configure the "Send an email (V2)" action.
I tried switch to New designer to Old design but to no avail.

I suggest you re-add the email address of your test account to the ‘Send an email’ control on the classic designer mode, which can serve as a refresher.
