I am really new at this and trying to learn how to automate some desktop tasks.

I set up a flow that clicks on a webpage selects my account and then chooses an option from a dropdown menu.

The dropdown menu is pretty wide so it has a logo, name and button clicking on any of these will work (as you can see in the picture attached). I have made the flow using all three and at different times they work then suddenly they wont work again and I am so confused!

When it doesn't work it throws an error that it cannot find the element. Any idea why it only works some times and what I can do to fix it?
