First of all, your Content type should also be "application/json", as you're sending a JSON body. The Accept header tells PAD what to accept as the response, but Content type is what you're sending as the request.
Other than that, it seems like something is off with your URL, but it's hard to tell, as not all of the error message is visible in your screenshot.
