I am looking into streamlining our New Hire / Termination process. Basically what i am looking for is the following:
1. I have a shared XLS saved on my OneDrive
2. I want to edit the first column of the XLS, and when that specific column ONLY is modified, send an email to a specific DL of my choosing.
Is this possible?

It seems that Flow is not able to detect the columns within a file that saved on OneDrive. So I am afraid that your scenario that when a specific column in the Excel table is modified then send an email would be not possible currently.
I haven’t seen a similar request at Flow Ideas Forum, please create a new one, I assume that it should be a good addition for Flow.
