EDITED
I have an app that displays our Company Holidays. All of a sudden I am getting reports that the date displayed in the gallery is showing as 1 day earlier. Not from everyone but random people. I had the affected users look at the backend list and the date in the DateTime column in the SharePoint list is also showing as one day earlier for them, but not in another list that has a datetime column.
The holidays are collected when the app opens into 2 collections, one for the current year and one for the next year. The gallery is simply displaying the collection and it's filtered by year and by the Country/Region selected in the dropdown.
The Date is a date/time (Date Only) column. The gallery label is ThisItem.HolidayDate
This is very, very bizarre. Here is a screenshot of the list and the gallery displaying the date incorrectly. HolidayDate is the date being displayed in the Gallery.
