Email notification for Issue Tracking

I added a new list on my team site.

I selected +New>App>Issue Tracking Issue tracking.PNG

List has been created. 

 

I went to flows section > selected the one with the template 

Send a customized email when a new SharePoint list item is added

 

and when i look for the issue tracking name on the sharepoint list name it is not there. All other list appears to be on the option.

Need help to create a flow for this issue tracking list.

    Hi @markdadule

     

    Since this is a classic list, you can always type the name of the list where it says "Enter custom value". Please try it and let us know.

    I agree with @faustocapellanj's thought almost, the Issue Tracking list is a classic list. Currently, only the modern lists could be shown up within the drop down options of the List Name field of the "When an item is created" trigger.

     

    You should type the Issue Tracking list name within the List Name field of the "When an item is created" trigger as a custom value:3.JPG

     

     

    I have made a test on my side and please take a try with the following workaround:1.JPG
