Getting the user data and update it in a SharePoint list

Hi Team,

I am looking for a solution where I have to get the user data in my organization and updating it in a SharePoint list.

Whenever a new record is added that data has to be updated in my list. As I am new to power automate i am facing difficulties in getting data. Please let me know the possible ways to do it.

    Hi @Sushma_Daggolu,

    Could you please tell me where you save your user data?

    Do you want to sync the SP list with the data you saved in another data base?

    Hi...Thank you for responding.

    I have to get user data from O365 and update my SharePoint list automatically when any change occurs in future.

    By using power automate flows the issue is resolved.
