502 Bad Gateway on reading email

Hi Team,

We are using Flows to pickup emails from our shared mailboxes and populate a "Central Filing" SharePoint list.setup.jpg

(i.e. a really, really straightforward Flow Task)

However on one of the four configured (apart from the mailboxes used and the SharePoint sites targeted) the email read presents a 502 Bad Gateway messageBadGateway.jpgAnalytics shows all runs for this have resulted in the BadGateway error - none of the flows have succeeded. The email box is receiving messages, the connector used has delegated access over the account.

From the messages here it seems that 502 is a transient error - is there anything that I can do to make it more transient and start working?

Thanks in advance,

    Hi @AdsfromOz,

What’s your current situation? Are you still having the issue?

Yes, error 502 means that the failure is temporary. You could try to resubmit to try the flow again.

I have made a test on my side just now, the trigger when a new email arrives in a shared mailbox works fine.

If you are still having the issue, please feel free post back.

    Best regards,

    Mabel Mao

    Hi Mabel,

I have three other ones working as well. This one however is not.

    Adam.
