What is the difference between the Flow Owner listed in the "Details" Section and the "Owners" section?

If a person listed as the Owner in the Details section leave the organization, will the flow fail even though there are other users listed in the "Owners" section?

The one who is displayed under details is the one who created it

and one under owners with whom the flow is shared.

There would be issues if the connection references used in the flow are referring to the user but if the connections are different persons than there wont be any issues.

Also your admin can change flow owner using powerautomate admin actions and if the flow is in solution than you would be have direct Option in display page

Please click Accept as solution and give it Thumbs Up if my post helped you solve your issue. This will help others find it more readily. It also closes the item. If the content was useful in other ways, please consider giving it Thumbs Up.

    Hello @developerAJ,

I tried to change the flow ownership listed in "Details" section by "Modify Flow Owners as Admin" action in Power Automate and "Set-AdminFlowOwnerRole" Powershell commands, but what they did was only add a user in "Owners" list.

Is there any way to change it other than clicking edit in the Details section?

"Modify Flow Owners as Admin" action in Power Automate i thought this would change owner my bad

    other ways

export the flow ; delete the flow and create a new flow from exported file.

My recommended way: Microsoft asked users to use Solutions for all the Powerapp/powerautomate solutions. So i would say create a new solution and add this flow to the solution. When flow is added to solution if you click on edit in details page you will be able to change owner.
