Delete row but getting conflict error "This won't work because it would move cells in a table on your worksheet"

Hi there,

I hope someone can help me out.

I set up autoarchiving on a spreadsheet (it copies a line across to an archive tab when marked as complete and then delete it from the working tab), however, after it has been running fine for a month or so it suddenly started having a conflict error and stopped deleting the files.

I've cleared all below and beside the table, I've check the range is correct and everything looks good but I'm still having the error.

I have another Flow which adds form responses to the spreadsheet which is working fine.

Any suggestions how to further trouble shoot this issue?

Cheers

Pip

    Hi @PipManifold :

I suggest you clear the filter in the table and save it. And then check if the problem still exist.

Maybe this link will help you a lot:

Getting this message: "This won't work because it would move cells in a table on your worksheet."

Filtering! Yes, that seems to be what is causing the issue.

I used this to set up a script to run before the archiving to remove any filters: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/How-to-remove-filter-in-excel-online-sheet/td-p/855462

    Thanks so much @v-bofeng-msft
