Message with Flow Bot one time

Hi.

Flow type is when list is created or modified.

I have a Multi-Person column that I am using to send out a flow bot to multiple users listed in that column. However, I do not want to send repeat messages when the column is updated. I also, would like to add a person to the field and it only send a message to the newly added individual(s).

Thank you

Zac

    Hi,

Give efialttes's suggestion a try, it also helps if you include a a screenshot of your flow that you have. Give it a try and let us know. Remember to mark his suggestion as the solution if it helped.

    Regards,

    Alex

    Hi!

" I also, would like to add a person to the field and it only send a message to the newly added individual(s)"

I guess you need to compare current version of your SP Multichoice column with items's last version. This can be achieved by means of "Send an HTTP request to Sharepoint" action block.

    https://www.catapultsystems.com/blogs/get-previous-versions-of-sharepoint-list-items-in-flow/

Take into account you need to enable "Version History" on your SP list

    Hope this helps
