Documenting Environment Variables

I am looking for action in the Power Automate, Power Platform for Admins or similar connectors to identify the environment variables uses in a solution.   
 
I know I can get the variables themselves by looking at the 
Environment Variable Definition and Environment Variable Value tables.  I am looking for a mean to identify which solutions are using them.

    I'm not aware of any way to do this.  But I did run across this article on how to use the Power Platform CLI to generate a JSON Deployment settings file from a Solution. That file will contain a list of all the Connection References and Environment Variables in the Solution.  See the process here:  Resolve environment variables and connection references during deployments when working with Azure DevOps and Power Platform - Low Code Lewis

    You might be able to solve this by using the List rows action of the Dataverse connector in combination with the solutioncomponent table:
