Connection not authorized error

I suddenly started getting an error that my connections are not authorized in new and existing connections in my workflow when I try to save.

If I reload the page, they go away, and the flow is saved.  However, I was working on a new flow for an hour, and I can't get it to save.  Is there any way to reestablish the connection without reloading and losing all of my work?

    I figured out how to reconnect when there is a network interruption.  Select the triple dots of the connector affected click the error on the affected connection and sign in the connection again.
