Approval Emails

My approval emails have recently stopped working correctly

 

This was working perfectly fine up until last week, when the approval emails stopped working, the approval can be completed through teams, but it gives an error "An error occurred. Please try again later." whenever someone tries to approve it through email?

 

I've tried re-creating the flows but I can't seem to get them to work, has anyone else experienced this?
