Can we interact with excel sheet inside automated flow even if the excel sheet does not have Table

We have an excel sheet that does not have table,  and this excel sheet is generated from external system. so can we interact with this excel sheet inside power automate? and read/write data to it using Power automate? or the excel sheet need to have a table?

    As long as that Excel file is xlsx you can run office scripts against it. These office scripts can reside in other, unrelated xlsx files.
