How do I trigger a workflow when only a SPECIFIC COLUMN is modified in a SQL table

So I know how to trigger a workflow when a specific value is set for a specific column in Sharepoint. So if a list is modified, and a specific column called "Completed" is set to True then you can trigger a workflow.

Now I want to be able to trigger a workflow when a specific column is modified in SQL. There is no specific value to check for, just any time a specific column called "Status" gets updated, I need to trigger the workflow. There are multiple times this table is updated but I don't want it to trigger each time. Is there a way to achieve this in PowerAutomate?
