Creating link to Planner task for Teams Post

I've made a flow to create a Planner Task from a Form.
I want to alert the audience to the new Planner Task via a Teams Post.

When creating the link to the new Planner Task, I am unable to get the Task ID to come through.

https://tasks.office.com/XXXXX.onmicrosoft.com/Home/?Type=TaskLink

    I moved the step above another one that applied a checklist to the task and then deleted and replaced the 'Id' dynamic content. For whatever reason the dynamic content of the 'Id' was not working when below the checklist step...
