Reading Data from PDF File

What's the best way of going about reading a PDF file? The file in question has predefined fields so I figured there would be some way of accessing the specific info I need that way, but I can't really find an action that lets you just convert the data from a PDF file from sharepoint/a form; the only actions seem to be related to the Adobe file storage system. The only other option seems to be setting up an AI to read the fields for me, but I'd like to know if there's a 'native' way of doing it.

I actually managed to figure it out with the basic 'get text from image' action (the segments of the PDF were far enough away from each other that it read them as separate 'lines' and I could access them easily enough).
