Forcing line break on an approval description

I'm trying to put force line breaks on data that will come in like so -

1. Doe, Jack 2. Doe, Jane 3. Smith, John

And want it displayed like so -

1. Doe, Jack

2. Doe, Jane

3. Smith, John

Its pulling a response to a Form with this dynamic content code -

body('Get_response_details')?['r3111b07f0e83403bbd2d9af9f1a54f9a']

and I tried creating an expression with this code -
replace(body('Get_response_details')?['r3111b07f0e83403bbd2d9af9f1a54f9a'],'\n','  ')

But it does not alter the data with a linebreak and puts it in exactly as entered in the form -

1. Doe, Jack 2. Doe, Jane 3. Smith, John

My understanding was putting the 'space, space' at the end of the code it would force a line break.

Any help is greatly appreciated

    Hello @ProfessionalP

Please take a look at the information about using markdown in Approvals. Note the client support, so you know what to expect and what is suggested if a client does not support the markdown.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/approvals-markdown-support

Hope this helps you a little 🙂

    Kind regards, John
