How to use Flow and allow me to add records to the SharePoint list that are then pushed into Planner in Teams once they hit a certain criteria (e.g. stage).

See the Create a Planner task for a selected item in SharePoint template for a good starting point. And for introducing a threshold or criteria, review how to Add a condition to a flow.

If you could provide an expanded screenshot of your Flow and steps, and of any detailed error messages you're receiving we could likely better assist you. Also, for the best results, you may want to review How to write a good forum post.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

You can use When an item is created or modified as a trigger, and then use Condition to determine whether the specified field value is as expected and if so, add a task to Planner.

Or you can configure trigger conditions to determine whether the specified field values are as expected and if so, trigger Flow and create tasks.

    Hope it makes sense.
