Flow Failing "Failed to load owner" error when running Test

Please advise, this is a critical Flow.

Scenario:

- Flow created 10/18/2019

- Last modified 3/4/2020

- Running without issue until 6/30/2020 at 10:06am

- Error:

The credentials for this connection do not have access to '\\test.mycompany.com\the\path\to\the\desired\place', please try using a different location or account.
clientRequestId: 96f6e57e-dd67-4520-b4ed-198d8e012161

- Created a new connection, tested in a separate Flow, connection works to create a file just fine

- Add the new connection to the failing Flow, still fails

- Same Error

- When I click "Test", I see an error "Failed to load owner" for the flow in question

- Is there something going on behind the scenes causing this Flow to fail? Something I can debug?

Thank you

    I don't understand how:

    - Two Flows

    - Using the same Connection

    - And the same file path

    ... but 1 Flow fails.

What are some debugging steps I can perform besides the two I've already tried:

    - Create a new Connection and test it in a new Flow

      - Then add Connection to the failing Flow

    - Export Flow, re-import

    Hi @ericonline ,

Could you please take a try to delete the connection and create a new connection to see if it could works?

Please check if you have the permission on the folder path, also please take a try to create a flow to see if the issue still exists.

    Best Regards,

    Alice

    Hi @v-alzhan-msft ,

I created a new Connection and a new, separate Flow which creates a file in the path. This separate Flow works.

I add this new Connection to the Flow that is failing, the Flow continues to error.

    • New Connection
    • Works with one Flow
    • Does not work with the other

Disregard. This was a seriously weird problem in the end. It was a linux server permission error. The symptoms were very tough to troubleshoot though.

    - Some Create File actions worked (unless they overwrote a file with the same name)

    - Append File actions did not work at all

    - Server admin gave appID ownership to the directory and bingo. Flow worked again.
