Share PowerApp in TEAMs?

I have built out the Shoutout App and would like to share it with about 40 users. I have shared it with 1 user - sharing the data source and the App. How do I share it with the rest of the users?

I can create a Team and add them all to it - would that make it easier?

Thanks,

    Hi @Canadiansal :

Do you want to share an app to multiple users at once?

If so, there are two methods:

Methods1:Share with all users in the organization(but not modify or share it)

    everyone

Methods2:You can share an app with Office 365 groups. However, the group must be security enabled. (using PowerShell)

I think this link will help you a lot:

Share an app with Office 365 Groups

I am afraid that apart from these two methods, there is no other way to share an app to multiple users at once.I think this link will help you a lot:

Share a canvas app in Power Apps

Thank you. What does the "Add to Teams" option do? Is this not a way to share the app as well?

    Hi @Canadiansal :

In a broad sense, this is also a kind of sharing. But it shares the downloaded app:
Step1:You need to download this app first
Step2:Upload this app and add the this app as a personal app
Step3:If you're an admin, you can also publish the app to the Microsoft Teams catalog.

I think this link will help you a lot:

Embed a canvas app as personal app in Teams

    Best Regards,
