Hi,

It's been a month since I created a flow using the trigger  When an event is created, updated or deleted V3 (Outlook) for one of our client. If action type is Added, it's created an item in a SP list, if it's equal to Updated it update the item in SP list and if it's equal to Deleted we don't delete the corresponding item in the SP list we just added Canceled  in front of the event's name (field Title) in the list.

Recently it's was reported to us that some events'name in the list had the Canceled mention even though the event has not been deleted/canceled in their Outlook. When I went to check the output ou the trigger this is was I saw :

Has anyone ever had this kind of result ? thanks!

Since you are tracking the events by name I suspect that an original event by that name was created and then cancelled. Then later the event was recreated using the same name. Does the flow check to see if the name exists before creating a new record?

The events are tracked by the Event ID so if two events have the same name they will have different event ID
