Hi I'm using the following power automate flow to send email notifications on uploading new files to the SharePoint library and after two of its columns values are changed (subject and Final Code) . The user will receive an email notification with subject and final code in email body.

It works fine and the flow is getting triggered with single file uploads once the mentioned column values are updated.

but it is failed to trigger when I use 'edit in grid view' to update the columns for multiple files.

Is there a workaround to solve this issue ?

Note : Concurrency Control is on and limit is set to 100.

I think the only thing you can do is to go into the list settings and disable the Quick Edit, which will disable the Edit in Data Grid. Editing in the data grad probably uploads files as a system update which bypasses the trigger you are using.
