I need some help with this logic, basically i need an action once a user on the form click 'Restart Approval' that it first get to the responsible person(via email with url link of the form on sharepoint), work flow must then be once user clicks this, it must first gets to responsible person=> 1st approver, 2nd approver. Once they all reject the form, then a window popup requires comment is activated to write on.
