Looking for some help in create hyper link in the team's task description for an item from SharePoint list.
I have created a list in the share point with automate feature where it will trigger the flow for create or modified item.
it will create a task in team's channel with description of the item id link. i would like to have the hyper link to the item id (SharePoint case) in the description of the task.so that we can get into the item directly.
