So the limit error ,I am pretty sure is relative to the Delegation limit. Can you please change it from 500 to 2000 in the App, under settings.
1. Can you also, go to the Connections Tab, Main Screen, Its under like Show More (on the left side menu).
2. Verify that all the connections that are being used by the App and Flows, are shared properly and that you also have permission to "share" them via publish.
3. Go into all the flows (if you have any) and verify they are working properly.
