Unfortunately, there is currently no action in the OneDrive for Business connector to move the folder.
You can use List files in folder action to get the files in the specified folder first, and then use Move or rename a file to move these files to other folders.

It is worth noting that this action can only get the files in the parent folder, and the files in the subfolders cannot be obtained. This is a known limitation.
