Parameter 'To' cannot be null or empty. (Send an email V2 or Send and email from a shared mailbox V2)

Hi _

I had a flow I setup before Christmas which worked without any issues. Now I am getting an error that there is not "To" address.

The flow itself is a auto-responder from an MS form.

Does any one have any idea why this is happeneing?

    Hi @DanielB-UK,

The error suggests that the answer to the Email Address question was left empty in that specific form response. You can double check this by expanding the Get response details action and checking the outputs of the failed flow run.

    Thanks @Expiscornovus.

The field used does have an email address in there which is why I am stuck. It appears to not be pulling through for some reason. But nothing has changed since it tested ok.

I have just rebuilt the flow from scratch and it appears to be working again, so no idea why it stopped.

    Hi @DanielB-UK,

I have recreated the same flow in my development environment and I am unable to reproduce your issue.

I am assuming the e-mail address in the response is in a standard format? Have you tested it with other e-mail addresses. Do those work?

Thank you for your help on this.   I tried multiple email addresses internal and external (based on something I saw on here) all with the same issue. Recreating it seemed to fix the issue. So hopefully that is it sorted now.
